Elbow airtrack or Airtrack easier? - 05-19-2005, 04:05 AM

I'm close to getting elbow airtrack but it seems much easier than airtrack. Is it true? Which one is actually easier?

I find elbow moves easier then most vertical moves. Like i can find my self doing almost 2 elbow airtracks but i cant do normal airtracks. unlimited elbow lunar eclipses and none regalur one., and etc. So yea elbow moves "i" think are easier

Thanks. The leg whipping is really really hard for me... Everytime I try to kick it way up, i end up stopping and drop down. Are there are tips on how to whip/kick legs harder?

Well elbow moves give you more control and balance. But i think that elbow airtracks are eiaser do from mills But i can't do it. I can do 1 normal airtrack but i do it from standing.

And FinalianX how do you start it?

lets say you start on your left elbow:
Swing your left leg low....not really low but just like scoup it under and when you start to look towards the ceiling...kick your left leg straight up but continue twisting at the hips....this helps me because either i kick and i have no whip or i whip and have no kick to get over. So I looked at airflare guids and say that they all said swing to the sky and such. so kicking one leg up while still whipping with the other get you the best of both worlds.
Hope this helps you.
