Great Guide! I always catch one but then my feet always touch. does that mean my body is too low? How can i go for two? i go CCW and can catch in flare and windmill.

Hey Slinky, shot... my guess is your problem lies in your spinning than your actual landing, you see, your legs must be split at all times (unless you actually trying to do close-legged airflares lol)

when you push off with your last arm, ou should delay your legs so you can come over for the second one, you will have more momentum for the second one. just remember to alternatively swing your legs, it may look like they are swinging the same time, but actually you swing your one leg, then swing the other after. that should solve the problem of feet touching each other... but i must say, that is a problem that's quite unique lol

when you good enough, you'll be able to kick your legs at the same time, this will make your form look alot better

Hey A7, about that leg problem, you say you can't keep your legs in the sky long enough?

in general, the move is pretty quick, so you won;t have to keep it up ofr long, but just try to kick your legs quick and hard to get the maximum air and rotation possible..

Sorry i been in hibernation, you may question away.. remember that some answers are quite obvious, you just need to practice... but if you really feel like you stuck hopelessly, then feel free to ask

Delay your left leg when you come for the second round' - also, spin your upper torso faster so that you catch quicker and your legs won't be dangling in the air for too long- you see, the faster you go, the less strength you need, but slow, then you'll have to really concentrate on keeping your legs up. besides, your whole core (chest, stomach, back etc) must be strong and support your lower body, otherwise, you'll collapse

This is my 3rd vid about this kind of mistake, i knew it ,but i cant fix it.Plz help me on this move , i have worked for 2 years with no success.....I 'd think that there is a basic problem in this move. While everybody is wrong in the same thing: jump, i have saw a corpse of bboys doing af without kick or use their legs---------> there must be a trick to change our side quickly without using our legs strongly...
