u wanna look to the other side of the floor....so u can watch ur hand catch

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

Like anubis says, rotating your head quickly to the other side to see where you are landing is the best possible place to look. The rotation of your body is way too fast to track your feet, or maybe your hand for that matter. just try to look towards the floor again as soon as possible

i dont think trying to watch either is smart....like he just said, ur turn is so damn fast... but turning to look at the floor is intelligent lol.

n no, thats notg true. do u have any idea how many variations of a regular airflare people do that DONT have that? let alone all the variations that arent regular.

At the end of the day, small things like that don't really matter, if my leg is parrallel, if i'm looking at my leg, if my eye brow is perpendicular to my left kidney...

The main thing is momentum, keeping your height and catching yourself. there are many variations to many moves, including this one. people do what is comfortable for them, and sometimes, they think that that is the way it should be done. Find what is comfortable for you, the "tweaks" and adjustments that make you get the best possilbe result, time after time. if it brings you closer to the above three requirements, then you WILL get airflares down. the guide is just here to get you startd, practicing and getting comfortable with your body is the key to success.

try delaying your swing down by keeping your non kicking leg vertical, so that way, you can get more down swing and keep some of your air. dunno if it makes sense. try reading the 3rd section of theguide
