how much harder is it to learn airtracks than mills. why???

also how much harder is it to learn airtracks than flares??? why???

how long did it take you to get them?

how do you swing your legs without twisting up?

The trick is to pike your legs, if I haven't been misinformed...though I have yet to successfully do a track without it being a fluke.

As for "harder and why" that would vary from person to person.

Airflares will take a long long long long time...no not really. You just have to get used to being upside down/sidewayz. It takes people a very long time to get used to this...and I don't mean like handstand kinda feeling either. Its like a falling down but not kinda feeling. Thats why its alot harder and takes alot more time.

Don't pike ur legs... pike=neck injury/sprained wrist/ crooked elbows.
