Unhappy Have i done a complete airtrack? - 02-13-2005, 01:58 AM

I tried doing airtracks about a month ago.. I'm not really focusing on it though.. I used to land on my forearm.. Now i can land in a push-up position with my hands straight.. Can that be considered as a complete airtrack?

Erm, yeah i was practicing tracks the other day.. kinda hard. If your legs hit the ground the same time your hands do or not long after there wrong. youv gotta try and keep your legs up on a verticle angle, try doin a 180 spin in the air from a handstand position after the coindrop.(if im wrong bout this som1 correct me cos im just starting tracks as well lol)
