hey yo! do i huv to be strong to do airtracks or airflares? and oh yeh...btw, ive seen a vid from mike garcia, is it an aiflare? or an airtrack? thanks!

well i guess airtracks and airflares are the same...not a helpful environment...bluh, i tried to bust one out but i wasnt that strong I guess so I almost slammed to the floor when I turned...now that answers my question....aight....

Most of people think that , umm , halos / tracks / air flares / air stuff / ariels / flips are so hard to bust out or execute , the fact is that u can go for training airtracks as your first move in bboying , let me explain why in a simple way .

Perfect practice Makes Perfect

That means if u practice hard , and never make a possible thing impossible , u will get it
me my self , im improoving everyday in air tracks , i practice them daily for 5 - 10 minutes , i video record my self and video record again after a week , and i see alot of diffrences with preacticing , so , preactice man , u'll eventually get em , even if it was a year or two
and yes it requires much strength but not the muscle strength
