When i do airtracks i can get the rotation but i cant land on my hands. Got any tips.

I've tried airflares but landed on my arm den I tired elbow airflares nd almost landed it. I can almost do elbows but i'm too scared to do regular airflares cause i'm afraid to fall nd hurt mah self

Hey wen u try to do an airflare do yooh got high enough and kick ur legs higher. You want to land on the hand dat u first took off wit juss keep on trying wen i try to i land on moi eblow den link it wit a windmill. U should try dat

i can land both, just sumtimes i mess up. but sumthing that helped me is locking the arm that u take off of. peace
