you gotta keep on your head, swing your legs up and push off, then turn and catch yourself. dont let any of your shoulders touch and keep your neck stiff and still

make sure your getting enough momentum. train halos from a windmill. Its almost like going windmill headspin. keep that right leg nice and high and your left leg gets you around.

Stop complainin. Ur not gonna get a move like halo in only 2 weeks. Jes keep practicin and be patient cuz u sound hella anoying complaining bout the same thin all the time. Can u even headspin?
