tracks?? i can do 1 chair freeze but with my right hand on the floor.... switching over to my left is difficult, I can,t manage a chair freeze? is that a problem? if u can switch over it looks better? like ex.... from a turtle 2 a left chair freeze to turtle again then to a right chair freeze? but then u go into the tracks from a chair freeze?? any 1 kno how to do this ive seen it done loads of times but any 1 got any guides on or any tips on tracks

dude that sounds hard... there should be a guide, just get them both down, and practice hard. master both moves individually and then combo them together
