Tips/Help on airflares? -
03-27-2004, 09:49 PM
I need some tips/ help on trying to airflare...(CCW) So I get to the point at which I'm piked on my left hand, then after that I bail out and just stop. What I'm mostly worried about is my right, where should it be? When should I lift my left hand and put my right down? If you could give me some tips or help for my dilema, please do.

keep your left hand on the ground and put your right hand down It's just like when you started. When you stop you are probably not continuing to swing your leg
![]() post a clip and mad people can tell you your faults ,because it worked for me thats how I got them down |

This video is kinda old looking but don't mind that. I don't kno if this will help, but this is where I learned airflares from. Remember after watching this practice alot and very hard on this move, and soon you may find small tricks to help make your air flares easier. To get a better idea of airflares watch various videos of people doing airflairs on youtube ![]() |

I just figured out something to help your air flare. OK if you have seen the IBE 2005 trailer there is a kroean bboy on it doing an airflare and his sweeping leg is bent all the way in about a 60 to 45 degree angle. When I saw it I thought it would be hard to do, but by shortening the swing it makes your swing more powerful. It also looks better than a regular airflare. I even put a clip of the airflare if ya don't understand. The airflare with the bent leg starts at 1:14 on the clip below.(click on the link)http://youtube.com/watch?v=qnaLYA6I3...rch=IBE%202005
