halos would only be dangerous if you were to put ur head down and then try and spin without winding ur legs first.
If ur gonna halo, look to the side, wind till ur facing up and then whip u'll be fine..the first few times i was shit scared but now they are the easiest damn thing |

halos are very hard on ur wrists, most people learning them who rush it end up spraining them or twisting them u can sprain ur neck or twist it if u rush them n do it wrong, make sure u know what ur doing before u just whip into them, trust me on that one!! but like anything in breakdancing, it can hurt u bad, take ur time n be confidant |
