Lightbulb air track guide - 09-15-2003, 05:44 PM

start off with a hand stand. try to make urself falldown a lil the way ur belly is. then swing ur legs in a motion on how the windmill isbut keep ur shoulders pointing in the oposite direction.when swinging ur legs make ure to sort of fling them in the air.after ur shoulders r twisted to over 45 degrees from ur legs while kicking upmove your hands or push off the ground and swing ur arms on the other side and try to platn them on the floor.ur gonna bruise ur butt many many times when learning this n ur wrists if u do it wrong..wear some protective gear this move is dangerous at first.it will take a long time to learn but it's worth it. DON'T FORGET TO sNaP YoUr HIPs WHEN KIcKING UP ANd SWINGInG UR leGS IN THE WINDMILL POSITION!

ull be more likely to land n bruise ur elbows then ur butt if ur learning them right..

see that was nice for me, now wasnt it everyone, gr! lol

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

halos r when u do head spins n u catchurself. n tracks r doing flaresbut u hop over onto your frontside.sry i don't have a clip but u kn download some off of kazaa. type in airtracks.
this move is for advanced breakers. but when u get god enough u'll be able to do em.lay off a lil for now though.

aiight, i didnt like the guide but shrocket, i know what he meant...n the people trying the move generally speaking would know what he meant. when ur doing a flare ur legs go above ur head n u pretty much hop to get in front of u...because by the time u kick ur almost to ur back anyway.

the problems i have is that u dont need them outta flares, n they arent called tracks much anymore. halos are more of tracks but eh. N by the by, u can do halos by going into headspin n coming back down but describing it like that will confuse people

he said:

n tracks r doing flaresbut u hop over onto your frontside

Then can u explain that properly for me please?

N also he said:

halos r when u do head spins n u catchurself

In headspins AND halos we catch ourselves, so to wut i think sum one wud think headspins n halos r the same.n in headspins dont u catch ur self to do taps???
SO wut is halos then??

if ur doing an airflare...the idea behind it from flares is that ur doing a flare n when ur about to get to the back of u, u hop over to the front n ur legs remain above u...he might have said it wrong but anyone who does airflares or should be trying them knows what he meant. he could be from another country or just doesnt know how to explain

n no, in headspins u DONT catch urself, u TAP theres a BIG difference. in halos, one way to do them is to throw into a headspin n then force urself back down n CATCH then throw urself back up

once again by the time u should be trying these moves u should be able to distinguish what he meant
