ive read the guide by overdrive and read all those topcis but i cant get em

I start off like the 90, put my left hand down (i go CW) then i go on my right forearm thing watever then i go so im like twisted but i cant hop and i cant get my legz to stay open so i end up just flyin onto my back like a suicide or like landing in a swipe position

Judging by the way you are messing up, your body isn't vertical enough, in fact, it's probably closer to horizontal, and that's why you're crashing onto your back. If you were more vertical, you would crash on your head. If your legs swing your momentum, you wouldn't crash at all.. actually, you still might. whatever. Good luck.

this isnt true...

theres 3 problems

1. are u setting ur left arm on it forearm..cuz u dont want to do that...u want to place ur left ahdn down then ur right forearm..so it sets u up stable

2. ur letting go too early it sounds...try reaching over till u cant anymore then let go

3. there are a few ways to initiat hop...either u a: bring ur legs towards u like a pike then pump them out OR b:u drive ur left leg over hard..this will rip u off the ground
