I find instead of sliding my head along the ground, if I slide it towards my left hand (ccw) I get more control and higher on my head... if that's a good thing I dunno, but while i'm learning it definately helps

Why are you trying halos when you can't windmill properly.. Good windmills are a prerequisite to learning halos. All you might get out of doing halos is a fractured neck or something.. Just my opinion

Nice guide,

A guy I sessioned would always tell me I'd do two halos when transitioned from my sloppy windmills to headspins, I never understood why. Cause every time i tried to while practicing alone I'd never really be able to catch with that second arm, and end up falling back into more windmills.

Since I injured my wrist I haven't touched any power moves for a year, besides headspins. Think i'll try halo's again, this time from the airchair position you were mentioning.
