Nice man that first one was clean... I remember when I was built all skinny and what not.. but hey Man I am about 210.... I got the walk over now learning the whip and what not I used to have 2 to 3 walks overs clean and 1 to link elbow to windmill but then I got hurt so Im starting over again... What are some things I should concentrate on? Any help appreciated!
