Dude, this shit has pissed me off for the last time. Anyone know what's wrong?

AHAHAH lol its a phail thats wat it is!!! lol ok, when u air flare try to keep ur legs higher and longer since higher and longer ur in air, more time u got, and like winman said kick up a bit higher and harder when u turn

well i cant do them but i just read one of the guides.. when ur coming up ur kinda going a bit slower than u could be going..like i said i cant do them but i read the guides ... just try getting higher and faster

I don't have airflares, but it looks like your hands aren't under you enough to support your body. You should be shooting your legs up so high that it raises your hips. Your body is more horizontal than diagonal like it should be, you should try to keep yourself up a little extra. Idk about air flares so that's all i have to say and I hope it helps. air flare is just,,
(for someone who know on how to do the airflare attempt possition)
CC,,

this is when ure on a semi handstand/handstand position (both hand down and there is still some momentum on u )

firstly open the left leg,, this will let ur body rotate a lil bit to the direction u go,, (just like when u start ur windmill)
swing hard this left leg to the direction that u go,, (the legs movement is just like a windmill)

stay as long as possible on ur right hand till the right legs are ready to swing up,, (the left legs is locked in a -+ 120 degrees position,, and waiting for the right legs,,
to make sure,,
,, just pause this position and watch the legs,, is should be looked like this >> \__ (you see when ure on the paused position (pike position))

push ur right hand super hard to the ground and throw ur body to the direction that ure spining,, (1000% super confidence when doin this twist,, if not,, just cancel the twist,, cuz u will get failed and it will hurt when u land)

at the same time,, swing ur right legs up an in a circular motion,, (just like a windmill)
again and again i said,, JUST LIKE WINDMILL

and now am sure that u can catch the ground with ur left hand,,

*i recommend u to do this as much as u can,, this will train u on "how to feel -the legs swing movement-, -the twisting body movement-, and -the catching-..

make sure that u can do a 1 clean catch,, (without a legs fall or anything,, just do it catch and clean)

when u do a clean catch,,
ur both legs are still in the air,, then naturally bring ur right hand down,, (then go to the semi flare/handstand position)

ill explain on how to continue the airflare,, after u can do a full clean catch,,

u have the same problem as me. ive just come to the realization that you absolutely must push up with your hips and kick your right leg up as you are driving your left leg around and up.your right leg will give you more height to complete the track. it looks like you are starting off pretty vertical, so just work on pushing up more, and make sure to time your kicks. remember that as your left leg is coming up and your right arm is beginning to lift off the ground you want to then kick your right leg upwards and then follow through with your left leg.

i start off alot lower than you do, but after figuring this out i can do airtrack to flare with my foot dragging a bit on the flare part.
