air flare is just,,
(for someone who know on how to do the airflare attempt possition)
CC,,
this is when ure on a semi handstand/handstand position (both hand down and there is still some momentum on u )
firstly open the left leg,, this will let ur body rotate a lil bit to the direction u go,, (just like when u start ur windmill)
swing hard this left leg to the direction that u go,, (the legs movement is just like a windmill)
stay as long as possible on ur right hand till the right legs are ready to swing up,, (the left legs is locked in a -+ 120 degrees position,, and waiting for the right legs,,
to make sure,,,, just pause this position and watch the legs,, is should be looked like this >> \__ (you see when ure on the paused position (pike position))
push ur right hand super hard to the ground and throw ur body to the direction that ure spining,, (1000% super confidence when doin this twist,, if not,, just cancel the twist,, cuz u will get failed and it will hurt when u land)
at the same time,, swing ur right legs up an in a circular motion,, (just like a windmill)
again and again i said,, JUST LIKE WINDMILL
and now am sure that u can catch the ground with ur left hand,,
*i recommend u to do this as much as u can,, this will train u on "how to feel -the legs swing movement-, -the twisting body movement-, and -the catching-..
make sure that u can do a 1 clean catch,, (without a legs fall or anything,, just do it catch and clean)
when u do a clean catch,,
ur both legs are still in the air,, then naturally bring ur right hand down,, (then go to the semi flare/handstand position)
