theres one in Raleigh at North Carolina State University campus. Its the "Freedom Expression Tunnel" where you can paint anything. Its sad tho cuz now adays its filled with bullshit advertising for sororities/fraternities/clubs and they completely disregard any concern of preserving whatever art there is.

I know once a year in cincy they let a bunch of artists go to downtown and paint on this huge wall I think, or somewhere, but it only stays up there for about a week I think. It is a good way to meet some good artists though.
