For some people the risk is too much. but for others, they just bounce back and learn valuable lessons from their experience....there will always be the risk of getting caught. Did you get charged? If you get community service, considering of course that you are good at what you do, try to get some charitable organization to let you do a mural for them. You'd never believe how many times i got to do graffiti for community service after getting busted for graffiti!

nah. less than that. i learned how not to get caught after 4 but i ended up doing 6 full wall murals with paint all paid for!

the trouble varies depending on the state. in Cali i hear its a felony...am i wrong??? It also depends on your age and how many offenses you have. needless to say, the first time is usually pretty lax...like a fine or community service or both. Unless of course you live in one of those places that have some zero tolerance thing going on. It all depends on where you live and how much damage you do. Also, alot of places tend to lump it together with gang activity so that is something to consider also. They will beat on you with gang laws instead of the normal destruction of property or whatever. How not to get caught????well, that you'll have to figure out on your own lol
