I vote coolkid because while snoops outline was better, it looks like something he did in 2 mins tops. Plus I preferred the colouring on coolkids. Work on your outlines !

even though snoop's was simple, i think it looked a bit cleaner then coolkid's... the colorin on his was very nice though, it's just the bright neon blue spots seemed to make it a lil confusing.
