my vote...

crunkpunk:
letters are pretty blocky and simple, which isn't a bad thing but i don't really like the sharpness on some corners.. i think they're a bit too simple really could of done spicening up a bit, not neccesirily extensions just differnt sorta shape letters..

colour is pretty simple, bit plain though would been nice for some experimental shit or just more colours in the fill atleast.. aint too sure about the splashes either, mabye if they were cleaner might look nicer..

overall: not too bad but i think you coulda pulled out somthing a bit better, character isn't too bad but needs work, i think overall would look a lot nicer if the char was linked in to the piece and it had nice 3d..

jevon:
i think the j is the nicest letter in the piece, but the middle part gets a bit too messy.. think it would flow alot better if the thing around the y wasen't there n it was a tad more simpler there aswell.. would have alot more flow to it..

colour.. well, you didn't add any pretty much, and where you did i'm just not really feelin it..

overall: well not too bad but as i said if the middle was simple like the begining it would have alot more flow too it.. not so sure about the 'n' either, but if you keep towards how the 'j' looks then i expect your next piece should be pretty nice..

so... my vote goes to cpunk.. was pretty tight though

btw too everyone else, votes don't have to be as detailed as this.. just give your opinion on the letters, colour, and then overall..

That maybe pretty harsh, and at the same time maybe generous because both need alot of practice. Regardless. the crunk one looks like at least some effort was put into the how it was gonna look and the simplicity of the letters was a smart way to go. Better to do simple and look like you know what you are doing thn to do complex and look shit. No hard feelings jev....just my two cents

i believe that crunk had this one because his letters r just better looking than jevon's, jevons letters seem like too forced into trying to do a wildstyle or something... crunk seem like if he wanted to keep it simple, and a lil bit stylish, still needs a lot of work, but jevon used a color combo i like, crunk, he tried to put a lot of colors in, but i liked the way he is workign wit his letters, so my vote goes to crunk

yea, the colors were my main focus... and the reason i wanted the leters like that so they went with the designs and splashes and thins... and then thos would flow from the character....over all i think that nothing can beath the bunny slipppers :P ha ha ha

my vote goes to crunkpunk. he rocked simples and while it's no burner, it came off much better structurally than jevon. also, while the splashes and other effects are somewhat out of place, there are jints at some fading (i think) in the 3d and it demonstrates some skill.

jevon, your base structure isn't developed to the point where you can twist letters and form connections and have it make structural sense.

i believe that's 5-0, and an end to this battle?

cpunk letter structures are simple and came out better then jevon.jevon is tryin to make his letters complex but it doesnt work.you do need more practice.doesnt have anyth to comment bout colours.cpunk's colours was cool.overall cpunk's did much more better then jevon.and im wondering why cpunk didnt link his characs with the piece. it could be much better.and you both need to work more.
