help!! NEED white utensil...i noramlly go to michaels or hobby lobby....but i need a White for outlining that will write ontop of anything and i dont need a huge paint marker...but instead a finer point but not like a needle....anyone know...for draw in a blackbook..u can find good stuff @ the two stores i wrote earlier by the way if you have them in your city.

Make sure you know your City of Chicago man, some art supply stores can be hidden in weird places but their prices can be amazing.. I know in my city I ran across an art supply store that has a lot of great stuff and all at prices cheaper than the bigger art supply store names in my city.. so do some searching.. the cheap prices could be right around the corner, who knows..

If you sign up with Network Direct you will definitely get things in bulk at ridiculously lower prices.. I don't know if they sell paint and markers you can search through the brand names and see, but you will save a whole lotta money on them if they do:
