its 4 am and im bored and i got a test tommorrow i mean today in like 5 hours...



Anyways...This is how i do my (k) and i use this for any other letter when i sketch....this TECHNIQUE helps me control my style and keeps the letter in good shape and shii.hope this helps.

In the first pic i just started off wit a normal letter.

The second and the third pic (i dont kno how to explain this) i sketched out the outline of the letter or wat ever u call it...i sketched out the 2 main things that make up the letter (k).

Step 4 i sketched the simplest style of my style so later on i can add stuff on it and mke it WILD.

In step 5 and 6 i added stuff to my simple letter to make it look better...u can add sharp edges arrows make one side bigger and the other smaller or wat ever...in other words... anything that will make ur letter look hot...

If u use this TECHNIQUE u will get used to it and next time u sketch u can start wit step 3 right away...

good guide, thats pretty much how I do my letters too, except I dont write anything down except the final version of the letter and if I dont like that then I change it. But I'm still a noob so my letters suck.

show me one of your sketches i bet theres some famous writer i could pin it on somwhere, its like music, its not easy to make something that sound 100%s original anymore, but its its not like aker went around and tried to copy dudes styles, thats just stupid. and mr wiggles guide, the letters dont change, he purely turns handstyle letters into piece letters, aker does the same thing, but he changes the letter like what? 3 times until its different? he took the same idea and changed it to suit his own style, thats how graff works. if it didnt, we would all have the same style.
