I cant find any writerrs in my area and im kinda new is there any way of gettin ahold of any writers?

where u frm?... only way u meet writers is through frends or just find them sumhow. writers keep their identity to themselves so u have to try nd stumble and find them, ull meet tons of writers as u write more...

keep bombing and getting up. writers are everywhere, but they don't all come to your house and start chillin with you just cuz u started writing. bomb hard and u'll make friends in the culture.

try and talk to ppl at ur school, im sure theres ppl that are interested in it but just dont show they are.. or if you see some graffiti on some ones note book just ask who did it? good luck

yeah basically what jay said, the more you write the more writers you will meet, ive met writers just by seeing them watching the pieces go by when theyr sittin on trains, or they come up to me when im watching pieces, and when you meet some writers they might invite you to parties with writers there or you might go for a bomb or a piece with some of theyr mates who are writers. Plus, i dont know about anywhere else but around here writers usually wear the same type of clothes, mostly caps and nike pants,blank hoodies, old jeans, stuff like that - which are usually covered in paint and ink stains..

Also wen u got in to like a hiphop shop, graff shop and lookin or buyin cans they'l know u graff so they start talkin to u and stuff.

574 Elkhart IN theres not many hip hop stores around where i live, and in my town theres like amish buggies and stuff i put up like 6 tags on some stop signs and on a wall near a park and the cops are already after me lol thats how small my town is so i gotta go somewhere else to find em

funny story about this shit, one of the crews i write with i met in a random as fuck way. i'd been hittin up all the walls near my house for ages and i kept comin across one of the other members of my crews pieces everywhere i wrote like either he'd bomb somewhere an the next day i'd hit the same spot or i'd bomb somehwere and the next day i'd walk past an he'd got one next to me. so one day i was hangin out with my band gettin high and some dude walks up and asks if we can score for him, which we could, so we went off to the place we meet our dealer, and he pulls out a can and tags the wall, it was the fuckin guy who had been hittin all my spots regular, so i started talkin to him and told him an he was like 'shit thats you' and we decided to go bombin one night, then when i was leavin to meet him at the spot we were hittin up i saw him leavin the house 5 doors down from me, the fucker lived on my road! what are the odds of that?
