Prisma Markers... worth it?

Are Prisma Markers really worth the price ofr each? Or is it just snarter to use the cheeper markers? I have been asking myself this cause I'm thinking about getting a few online... so I need some peeps personal experiences with them and if they are a good bang for their buck.

for me, they are worth it. Although i didnt buy them, my girlfriend bought them as a B day present for me. If you do get them, get the basic set and rack the rest, because for good blends you need alot of colors, which prisma has (they just get expensive if you buy a large set)

As far as markers go, they are about the best you can get without being COMPLETLY run up the arse. THere is another kind that anime artists use, that dont darken the color like markers usually do, but they are REALLY expensive, and not sold in most stores (you buy them over the net, hence no racking)

copics are fucking dope! people always told me that prismas are better...but copics fucking kill that shit!! but yea...they're really hard to find.

but don't listen to me...i mean seriously..carlos can color better than me..that's gotta say something. LOL.

heres what i found.. i cant buy or even rack prismas here because no art store around sells that shit. so what i've baught are laurentian markers. you can get thee at any STAPLES or shoppers drug mart store. theyre cheap as all hell and if you have similar colors, theyre not hard to blend with..

so yea, if you cant get prismas, get laurentian markers thayre hella ill for blavkbooking..

people say that they use cheap ass paint if they cant afford the good shit i use cheap ass markers because i cant get the good shit..
