Meh, I dont really see the need for the arrows, maoc, but the letters are all even in the thickness which is good...

yeah but the letters dont look anything like they are from the same alphabet. Pretend your letters are a font. go simple and dont try to do style until you understand letters and how they work together. Its really not that boring to do and pretty challenging if you really work at it.
