ringer. don't you take art classes or something?>????? i know you have a better concept of composition than what you are showing here. its the oddest thing, there are people that can capture the human figure(which i think is among the hardest things to do) with stunning accuracy and style, yet drop all artistic notions when approaching graffiti art. once you attach the notions that stylized lettering is no different than any "traditional" painting, i think you will grasp this whole thing rather quickly. the same concepts apply to graffiti that apply to any other form of design.
I do an architecture degree, so there are some design based classes, this semester not doing any traditional art classes though. Doing a digital based design one though.
I'll try to keep what you said in mind though, thanks for the comment.
wow, architecture...you've gained my respect yet again.
"Bitch, lemme lay it down for you. This is how I roll, don't fuck with me or I'll kill you."
Then bust out a madflare>airflare>dickspin>cockrocketmoosefucker combo and her mom will be all:"Oh SHEIT!!!! KYS GOT SOME COMPETITION YO!" ~Bboy Vertigo

do simples so you get the hang of letter structure, you can find out about that in the stickies on this forum
Okay well im working in my Black Book and iv started writing out letters and such and here is a modest atempt prolly not that good but i think a step in the right direction
okay now take off all the arrows and extensions, stop trying to hide behind em and work on doing good letters...im no pro but i can see that you need that for now
Ok, Spiffa, try to start off with tagging, then start with throwies and simples once you get the hang of that. Don't start with everything at once. With that I mean that you shouldn't start with making backgrounds, arrows, stars, shadow, 3D, crowns, cheese whatever, but stick to the fundamentals for a while. Start with making a little alphabet and become looser with making them(only once you settle with your set of letters). But then again I'm less of a pro, so this might not help at all.
post smaller pictures. read the last 2 years of this thread, then the last 2 years of the other threads. i think you might find what you are asking for.

zuhdi congrats, you posted in the right thread as your stuff belongs in this thread and nowhere else. the advice above counts as much for you as for the other guy
C'mon, we all were toys once...except I'm still one :'(
Anyway, like I already told someone else, start off with the fundamentals, and leave all those extensions away. Start tagging before you do your first simples.
