anyway dudes headz, toys, kings, and gone.. just do your thing, stick to simples (cause thats what i like) and youll figur shit out by urself eventually...shit always looks crap in the beginning...you just need to practise the style once you've established one....the flow and correct structure will come in time. at least thats what i believe/hope/think... and i'm asuming wildstyle sux...bye |

lol off topic to your guys lil picture war over there, but heres something i did. i made it from simple block forms and started adding designs and erasing and all that. i think i could make it better lookin by fixing the 3d thingy lines, but ill do that later or something

kdjiny, your 3-d needs a lot of work. you tried to fudge the whole thing and kinda messed up..lol. rule out your 3-d if you have to. but in a quick lesson on perspective, you have to remember where your horizon line is, not even the vanishing points. you can have an infinite amount of vanishing points, each letter can have it's own if you wanted, but all your vanishing points HAVE to fall on the same horizon line (with a vew exceptions which i don't feel like getting into). what you have going doesn't work because you've got points all over the place, downshots, upshots, straight on etc.
if you have to actually sit there and establish your points and rule that shit out, you'll learn to fake it later. you've got this wierd tilt on your letters too, which i'm not sure if you did on purpose or not, lol, but it's all good. i like your bold block letters tho, they really stand out. it's a cool style. you might want to start thinking more about how letters relate to each other and how they flow...how they lead the eye across the word, naw what i'm sayin? and just out of curiosity method, can you even throw down a wildstyle? and i'm not asking if you like it or not, i'm asking if you can do it. |
