And if you guys are wondering about the words....I did most of these in school and I ask people for the first word that comes to their head and I just write it lol..

I can safely say that I been coming to this site A LOT but havent really participated and shit. But I think today I will start practicing a lot more..I been doing it on and off for maybe all during last year of school.

hmm. I think you can go way more simpler than that. i know i keep saying this and it seems like this is all i say but over half the time nobody ever does simples. STRAIGHT UP SIMPLES! not to get mad at all but you see your stuff with all the random arrows. take those off. and also make the all proportionate. if you don't know what that means than make sure all the letters are the same length, width, height, thickness, SIZE. now that you have modified it to these specs look at it over. it looks like just regular block letters that you would see on a box of Cheezit's right? well that's what simples are. half the time people can't even do these efficiently and with the same percision everytime i mean not even i can do it because it's a thing that will take numerous months even years to master. even though you feel like you mastered it you will have a little mistake once in awhile.

after you have the block letters down you can start to morph them by changing the direction. for example if they are going up and down maybe you can try shifting it so it's a lil diagnol. or maybe you can make the letters taller. you can even add little extentions like a well placed and executed arrows at certain places. you will gradually see things through the eyes of a real writer not saying that i can but trust me. i look back at the stuff i've done before which is a lot like you are doing or other people did and i laugh at the stuff i did. I would've rather cutten out the letters off of carboard boxes and trace them and color them than do the things i did before.

You don't have to follow what i said i mean maybe you can learn a lil differently or completely ignore me too but starting with SUPER ULTRA SIMPLE SIMPLES and gradually moving up is basically one of the best ways to achieve your style. i'm just giving some advice. no hate at all. at least you somewhat partially understood what we meant by simples.

I have given you plenty of constructive criticism so go crazy, trip over it, yell at it, get angry, or whatever with it.

that R is kinda off. maybe if you made the bottom leg of the R thicker than it would look alot better. i like the cloud on it though.

Ok the first one, I know I messed up on the I S and K. Especially the K, but I kinda rushed which I should've not done

The second one I think I did an okay job...I should've taken a picture before I colored in the black because I kinda rushed and now the lines don't look clean.

Like OnceUponABboy said, I kept it VERY simple

I have a few questions though......

Can you guys tell me step by step on what you do?

Ex.
1. Draw in pencil
2. Draw final lines in pen
3. Draw "3-d" part in pencil?
4. Draw 3-d in pen?
5. Color in 3-d
6. Color letters

That's basically what I do and I'm wondering if there is a better step that would make it look more "clean".

Also how do you do the "3-D" part of a hole? What I mean is for example R, the black part inside of the R...How do you do the 3d of that? I am having trouble with it same goes for curves such as S.
