"PAINTERS TOUCH" is a brand of paint that "RUSTOLEUM" manufactures. heres a lesson in economics for you.
(its called a "subcompany" bro.. same like one corporation owns 5 different fast food companys.. catch my drift?
it ranges from 1.25 a can.. to 1.50... after tax.
and you can get those at home depot.
there is another brand called "NOW spray paint".. its another cheaper but decent brand.. running 1.50 to 1.90 a can... get those at ace hardware or dixieline lumber stores.
as far as quality of paint goes.. i believe that only a toy blames the paint for his drippy sloppy work. i have made a canvas using the stuff i listed above. and it sold for 250$. so dont make excuses aight.
