Let me tell you something, 99% of men out here want to do it with an older woman in their lifetimes atleast once. It is an experience, unless your friend is a really good friend i would say go for it...her mom deserves to be happy right?

Lets put it into perspective here.

If you do it then either 1. nothing could happen and your friendship stays the same(odds are her mom won't tell anyone) or 2. your friend could find out and ruin your relationship, also possibly ruin your reputation with anyone else that finds out. You should also considered the fact that this is considered cheating on her part(if she is still married). This could cause serious drama if this is the case.

If you don't do it then you arent really risking anything but you miss out on a good time.

It really depends on how much you value your friendship with the girl. If you don't really care about staying friends with her then you can go ahead and take the risk, but be careful about other people finding out. I personally wouldn't do it because theres plenty of other chances to get laid in the future, which probably won't have as serious consequences. In all honesty you should just be patient and just wait for another chance.

If you do decide to do it, you need to step your game up and make it so that the mother makes the moves on YOU, and not the other way around. Less responsibility on you, more responsibility on her because she initiated first. Same kind of reasons most chicks want the guy to make the first move.

And if the mother is sneaky enough to drop a few hints (although with a cougar it is more likely very direct hints) around her daughter's friend, WITHOUT her daughter knowing, then she should be smart enough to know not to tattle-tale. I mean, the only people who WOULD and SHOULD know about this affair is YOU and HER. So if YOU know that you are morally/ethically sane enough to not to be overcome by YOUR OWN guilt/various feelings, then the rest is up to the MOTHER (and by "the rest" I mean keeping her mouth shut as well).

ALSO, you need to look 3 steps ahead if you do decide to follow through with this. If you do it once, is she (and you too) going to want to do it again? Will it be awkward AFTER the fact, or will there be nothing wrong after?

If I was in this scenario: I would drop similar hints as well just to see if we are both on the same page. Since I KNOW that they are leaving this weekend, I would arrange like... a get together at the daughter/mother's house as a going away shin-dig. THEN I can freely talk to the adult like normal conversation, but of course playing the coy fox and actually seeing if there is anything there. Basically just do SOMETHING where it won't be awkward to talk with the older adults while at the same time chilling with the homies.

Basically, if you do decide to follow through with this, you need to set up MASSIVE logistics... in terms of seeing if she isn't just playin with you, if she isn't messin' around then what/when/where/how/etc. of how it's gonna go down, and the aftermath logistics of how it will happen.

I'm not the best, I just like to be prepared.

And of course, if you decide not to, then you can just freely flirt back with her and decide not to do anything of course. Just make it a little game, with nothing more nothing less kind of deal.
