so my psp has and LCD crack on the top left corner and it seems 2 be getting bigger, and i wanna know if there is a way of fixing this without buying and replacing it with a new LCD
if any1 can help me out it would be kl
and on a side note can any1 tell me what not 2 do with it so i dont make it worse
LCDs are either replaced or thrown away but never fixed.
maybe the outer screen is cracked and not the LCD itself...is your picture affected or is it a glass-like crack?
if you're pictured is affected, it's the LCD; in that case, don't drop it or disturb the cracked area; all you can do is be careful
You are going to have to replace your LCD. Buy a new LCD screen and put it in yourself...a lot cheaper than having someone do it for you.
As long as you keep using your PSP it's probably going to get worse.

There is no way for you to fix a crack. I don't know what made you think that.
Step 1: Open up the PSP. If you don't know how, it's a rather simple process, instructions are online. I'm going to assume you have the old PSP Thick. There are five screws that hold the faceplate, remove those and the faceplate can be pulled right off.
Step 2: Check the faceplate and the LCD.
-----Step 2a: If it's just the faceplate that's cracked, just order a new faceplate. You can get them on eBay or any online mod sites.
-----Step 2b: If It's just the LCD, order a new one. Replacement for that is still pretty easy. You can find them at the same places you find the faceplates.
-----Step 3c: If it's both, and follow both above steps.
