wrng place to post but oh well.

so a few months go i suffered a groin injury which put me out for months everytime it was healed id pull it again, so these past 3 days ive been trying to get all ym stuff back and i somehow ended up getting 1-2 rotations of deadmans (which i only tried maybe twice before then gave up) anyways i caught a few on video and was wondering if some of you could give me tips to improve the speed and number of rotations, thanks for reading

Whats the difference between 90s and deadmans ? because they just look like 90s to me... I guess its just the start right ? well here are some 90 tips anyway that perhaps work for your deadmans. Try to lean your head next your arm. close feet together, stiffen the arm and move your fingers up so they dont touch the floor just your palms = all at once in a snappy movement, In a really quick snap movement. So obviously dont get sloppy or you will loose the balance and of course speed.

Hope that helped a bit.

wow... Deadmans are totally different to 90's, you're spinning on the opposite hand.

Deadmans are 90s you dummies!!! Yo Dorkus you can't do 2 you liar. You did 1 everytime. Nice job tho.

-Look at your armpit
-Punch around your body with your free hand *

But your main problem is your not lifting up your fingers. Some people just aren't flexible enough for it. But if your strong enough to bend your elbow a little bit that should help a lot.
