Heres my situation:

I just moved in to a new house and we have this raised cement block, about 3 inches off the ground, next to our garage. It's perfect for breakin. Smooth, flat, and a big enough area to do footwork and flares. lol

However, I need some help. The floor is cement, and I want it to be kind of the meeting place of me n my crew, and cement just isnt gonna cut it. Breaking our heads during practice isnt a great thought.

So, I'm going to install, well, me n some freinds anyways, a floor over it. It can't be wood, because its outdoors and it has to be waterproof.

I'd love to here everybodies advice on the smoothest surface best for breakin that I cant put outside, permanently. Thanks/

Let me add to the whole cement thing. The cement is ROUGH at parts and we want a PRACTICE floor material to cover it up so we can GLIDE and SPIN on that ho. Unless your saying the top crews from BOTY all practice on cement and aren't "pussies", then I wanna see you battle Hong 10. If not, then maybe you know of a dance floor material I could use.

You should just get Linoleum and lay it over the cement when u practice.
