Its rele been bothering me....im more on the heavier side.....but BD is my passion.....i was wondering...do u have to be phsically fit to BD cause if u do, im going to try to loose weight....but if i will be fine with out losing weight....ill stick with wat i got.....

This question has been asked many times before. The answer is Yes and No.
You don't have to be thin to start off, and you will become thin through the process.

If Bboying is your passion, you shouldn't be worried about it. Just do it.
My best advice that I can give you is... don't just bboy... you need to train physically and mentally. You have to have determination and perseverance to perform.

...really work on cardio... I have to go....so this is all I can post, but PM if you wanna ask anything.

Before I started bboying, I worked out like crazy (lifting weights, crunches, basketball, etc.) and I was in great shape. But bboying is better exercise than anything I have done. I have not lifted weights in over a month, and I'm in better shape than when I was lifting weights. So just keep up the bboying, and remember, if you're not sweating, you're not getting the best workout during your practice sessions.

lol BD... sounds like venereal disease. most bboys doing exactly start off thin or whatever, but they work toward it. you'll get leaner...but yeah
