workout regime? -

ey wats goin on.. i wouldnt know what section this would go in but w/e. i wouldnt call my self fat or anything i just wanna get a bit more toned, more body strength and what not.. i was wondering if you guys would know any good body workouts simple ones or anything to build up strength or make ur body more toned.. gotta get a bit stronger before i start the whole breakin thing.
