ey wats goin on.. i wouldnt know what section this would go in but w/e. i wouldnt call my self fat or anything i just wanna get a bit more toned, more body strength and what not.. i was wondering if you guys would know any good body workouts simple ones or anything to build up strength or make ur body more toned.. gotta get a bit stronger before i start the whole breakin thing.

ok start with just one and then slowly start to build up the number you do.

no but u would need to be able to handstand really well, balance is hard, but almost anyone has the strength to do handstand pushups.

lets forget about the handstand pushup thing for a second, mainly works ur arms and doesnt make u get abs or get slimmer as i said i dont need much work im not fat.. just wanting to get a lil slimmer and toned

run. climb stairs, leg strength and endurance. Burns calories like mad, a VERY effective way of getting slim.

hello fellow melbournian. if u balance against a wall an do handstand pushups u can do them
i started off only just being able to get one an now i can do about 30. they workout your whole upper body so their good for abs as well. to get slimmer skip or go jogging or ride a bike or something similar..play a sport perhaps. if u really just want to concentrate on ur abs then u should do crunches...incline crunches are better but harder to do...work on that an u will be toned in no time

actually if ur gonna go runnin then run in sand coz its a lot harder an u will burn more calories
