Why The *EXPLETIVE* Do MODS Think They Know Everything?

I know that I am not alone about my view on the MODS. Considering the fact that they are supposed to positively contribute to BBOY.ORG, it appears that they do everything but. As I read through the forums, I notice a continuous cycle of cruelty. Not once have I read a post from a moderator that was positive or useful in anyway. They are constantly insulting everyone, especially female and newbies. It seems the power has gone to their head. If ever given the opportunity - I'd knock their fucking teeth out, especially STIFF UK, CHUCKY and BBOY MANHY. FUCK YOU ALL!

excuse me?? i'd like you to at least post up some proof of your claims.. moderators are usually made mods because of their positive and helpful influence on the site (and because they do have a greater knowledge of the forum they're involved in, be it breaking, popping/locking, rhymes, graffiti).. i've not once seen derogatory or insulting comments towards newbies or female members on this site from moderators.. also, have you viewed all the forums? 'n checked on each moderator, or are you focusing on one forum? i can't believe you said stiff uk either... he is probably the most informative and helpful/positive mod on bboy.org at the moment.

if you want this thread to stick around also, i'd remove that picture.. else this will get deleted.

many of them have several thousand posts that would qualify as "positive" and "helpful"

To be honest, you sound very much the petty hostile idiot.

If you were a guy and/or here for years, you would've gotten the same treatment. Let's not play the gender card, or put emphasis on penises. You got targeted because you were being a bad newbie. And bad newbies get insulted.

But how were you being a bad newbie, you ask? Why, that's simple...you were sharing bad information. You generalize. You put up obscene pictures (well...one obscene picture...which got deleted) for no other reason than to be hostile.

You asked people to check out your site. They did. They criticized it, as they were supposed to do. Your site was for newbies to learn. But are you not a newbie yourself? How can you possibly be an authority of any kind?

The people who criticized you may not know everything, but they definately know more than you on that subject, which is why they're able to criticize you. Don't go complaining that they think they know everything just because they know more than you.

but then again, you can't be a mod just be giving advice. any member of the forums can do that. but you also have to know how to keep the forum orderly otherwise there would be MAYHEM. hrmm... that gives me a good idea. i'll run it up in the suggestion box in the mods forum.

Not really to change main topic, but with my other fourm experiance, thats what a Mod's job basicly is. Helping is just a second nature thing, I hardly Help and im a Mod, still dunno why, prob because im on this site alot.
