AIM - Aol Instant Messenger, which is a program much like MSN that allows you to chat to people. Each person is assigned his own address, which allows you to connect to him or her and see when they are online. I myself would advise MSN, but you are entitled to your own choice/opinion.

EDIT: For the love of god people, he just didn't know what the fuck AIM was. Help him out or not, just don't be prick about it.

There, Darbaz's first language ISN'T english. He phrased the question wrong and his new, big fucking deal. It took me 5 mins to hop on MSN and help him out. Guess that must be too much effort these days huh?
