go up to any person that's been doing muay thai for a long time, and kick them in the shins. youll see. when a body part, like your fist or your SHIN hits something, the bone gets stronger. by the use of CALCIUM! sure you're gonna have some freaky ass super bones, but theyll be strong as hell.
yeah, one of my good mates used to do muay thai in singapore etc (proffessional ring shit), that shit is sooo hectic, stuff about the bats is true.. i did it for a bit of trainin with him sometimes but damn yo, if you do it, you better be 100% into it otherwise it'll eat you alive.
damn i dont like the sounds of it but i rewally want super bones, just not to break baseball bats against. actuallly that sounds really cool the more i think about it. id take it up but as with miost things (like mode said) u gotta be into it or theres no point
Be on your best behavior boys, i will only be gone a minute...
well i dont know...do whatever you want. I take taekwondo and it's so good for you and stuff but im not really sure about kickboxing, because its pretty intense getting hit in the face or anything like that. taekwondo is like..using ur hands and feet to trip, kick, punch and use a lot of power moves/
I finally took my first kick boxing class!! My muscles hurt as hell, and the skin under my foot went away, so it hurts when I walk, but I liked my first class.
kickboxing... its so revered in THAILAND muay THAI. good on us. no really muay thai will get you really strong, but i'd use capoeira as an excuse to learn flares and headspins.
wushu is like ballet dancing, but they make your coffee grinders really fast. and what's the name of that martial arts that law does in tekken? "that shit is TIGHT."
