are you religous?

If answer is no, well then your with me. I dont live in fear, because death happens to everyone.

If answer is yes, you dont fear death because you think you will go to heaven. Heaven=religion, religion to provide a differant fate then just ceasing to exist or something unkown.

Hence fear of death (non-existance or unkown).

"Who ever had the nerve to say "teach me", was considered a sucker, a lil' bitch-ass punk. So you never asked no one to teach you, you never clapped when a nigga did a good move, you just stood there and acted hard, like it didn't phase you. It was all about attitude, everyone else did the clapping, not the B-Boys."

Bboy roi? your buddhist? thats dope too. I was thinking about becomming buddhist, i looked into it heaps. but I realised i have too many ties with wanting stuff. And they say that wanting can lead to unhappiness, probably true, but Im not ready for buddhism yet.

this shouldn't be a flame war on religions cuz it's not debating who's religion is the best or whatever. the topic is, if i understand it, why we have religion and how religions are formed.

as someone who doesn't have a religions and is pretty atheist, you can probably guess my standpoint on this one... some imaginative dick from 2348209238432 years ago thought up a religion, his dimwitted yet popular friend agrees and spreads the word. BOOM. new religion.

I think you know as a person whats rigth and whats wrong. Like you can feel it. I will never be able to explain this but yall should know what im talkin about.

Like when some people say you shouldnt drink, when someone drinks and they doubt it and dont feel rigth about it, its obviously isnt right for them. Nah meen. But for someone who thinks drinking to an extent is okay and has no problem with that, then they know that.

Too hard to explain. why dont you all just die for a second and tell me what happens.

If we know one thing, they dont have computers in the afterlife, or telephones, or donuts. I prayed like 6 years for donuts and they still havent gotten here.

I will now attemp to drown myself, you can try this at home, you can be just like me.-Slim

Shure I'll be a priest, and sell our bible on dvd , to spraid the word .

And I agree with wat swiper said, but it's not only the fear of death, it's rather the fear of living. And I asume religions where started the way VP said.

peace

i believe in luck and karma in a way. its like if ya are a good person good is bound to happen. even if in the sense by you being a good person makes you feel good. also i believe we all have a certain amount of luck, but don't press that luck or you'll end up with a whammy. "big money big money no whammy no whammy STOP"

Wow, my beliefs are always changing. Right now the hard thing is figuring out what to call myself. Christians believe all sorts of shit that I don't, deists think God abandoned the world. There's just not a word for me that I know of.

Religion CAN be a tool for coping with death. For the majority of religious people it probably is. It's irrational to say that it always is. I've added a little bit of samurai philosophy into my religion, so whether or not I'm afraid of death, it would be foolish to say that my religion is based on that fear.

It must be your brain, cause your seminola doesn't squidge that way.
