Whatever, i just find it kinda strange that the mods have allowed the word-up to get to the point as it was,
without saying shit, while (we hear now...) they, including tane, didn't like the topics of some threads, etc...
Why at once this drastic change?

the drastic change ? haha i can tell you that
tane made me a mod , and i started to move things around and lock many spam or non bboying threads . people got mad , including anubis , so me and him discussed it and came with a new thread to discuss how to work out the spam situation . out of all that , anubis sent a messege to tane , and this new forum was created .
yeah , i think that's pretty much all of it .

Im not trying to start beef, im giving my view and opinion on whats happening here with the forums...
And again i state my point: i thought word-up, how we knew it, was doing great (minus the spam)
For me there was no reason to start moderating at an other level or creating a new forum.
Now that there got anyway other rules at word-up, im happy this forum got created!
And if i can continue to give my opinion on all sort of topics here, without being flamed at by mods, it will be great n kewl!

this site isn't supposed to be a prison . it's a bboying community . yeah , a community . people talk , people know each other , helping each other , generaly having communicating . but it's a BBOYING communitiy , therefore there should be a certain focus on bboying . it doesn't mean you must talk only bbyoing . it's mean there is a focus on it . you can talk about moves , debate on related bboying stuff , give help and tips . but you can also talk politics , religion , news , the new big movie that came out , expreiences you had , feelings . you can talk practically about anything . BUT , you shouldn't talk about things such as for example video games , decorative gardening , scalpting , tennis and the such . why ? cause those are other hobbies . they have forums of their own for the groups of people who like em . they have their own communities where they belong . just like you come to this site cause you're a bboy , other people with other hobbies go to their site . that's the point . that's how i make a decision if to lock a thread or not .

Moochy, im sure there are other forums for "politics , religion , news , the new big movie that came out , expreiences you had , feelings." so why dont all the people who want to talk about it go to them? just like your sayin about the topics of "video games , decorative gardening , scalpting , tennis and the such." for the people who want to talk about that go to other forums.. This is a general board, there for most people would think of postin general topics such as ALL of the topics youve posted includeing video games gardenin etc.. But obviously lookin at the general forum what you can only talk about certain general things, general knolwedge is no longer general..

what i said is that there are thing a lot of people can relate to like for example religion and all the other stuff i said .
and there are things that only few people can relate to , like say watching B Type cheesy horror movies ( like i do ) or growing a strawberry bush at your garden .

Ya know, if you all really wanna bitch, then bitch to the people who suggested a new forum since myself n a few of the other mods did not want the damn thing in the first place. I would have been MORE then happy to delete on sight all threads found not to be appropriate for whatever reason..
ie..spam, adult content, topics not relevant to promoting the community or about bboyin
ya'll wanted a place to go, so dont cry a river, none of us wanna hear it. you cant have it both ways and you'll never have it "free for everything" theres always going to be rules
