not like that it isn't. If you bend your knees further forward you can counterbalance yourself though, but you won't look like neo haha

Alot of poppers do it, except the leg and feet placement are different.. Ur knees are more bent, and ur legs are on there inner sides, so it's easier to balance. Takes alot of ab and leg strength, but like 2 weeks practice and you can get close.. |
