In Spanish, we use the exclamation point "!" upside down, in other words, looking like an "i", but its different, look i¡i¡i¡ ok never mind they sort of look the same lol but they are used to start each exclamation or something, and end it with the usual !, like ¡Hola!, or ¡Buenos dias!

so in other words, that's just pendejo lol
