Major Split help!!! -

Im training for splits and I seem to not be making any progress(been 2 weeks)" I know it takes a while to get splits but I barely even notice a difference. Has anyone gotten down splits and won't mind telling me their workout? Also how long did it take you! Mine is:
And I do them every night! I notice I can get down much lower into the stretch but its not showing in my splits? |

i was able to do splits when i was like 5th grade. it took me about 2 month. all i did was hold on to something and slower and slower, made my legs go apart till the max. and when i get to the max, hold for 10sec. thats it for the day.
but i heard that younger people is more flexible than older people. im not saying you are old but, probably take you even longer. stretching after a bath is effective also. so stretch after you take a bath. |

when your about to go to sleep, put your ass against the wall, so your ass is against the wall, chest is facing the ceiling, now spread your legs as far as you can, and go to sleep.
gravity should cause your legs to get lower and lower while you sleep xD |

The way ive done it is by standing, facing away from a wall making sure ur heels touching the wall and slowly split ur legs. The wall is there because when u split ur legs go forward but in most cases ur body goes backwards so the wall is there to push urself from. Go as far as u can and stay in that position for 30 seconds, wait a few minutes and do it again. Dont go too far because its possible to break something and u dont want that rrrrrriiiiiiggggghhhhht? |
