i was just watchin dance 360 and one of the contestants was jeckel/jackel, claims he is an original pop and locker from LA. i love his work and style. his hits are crazy man! he also won cuz man this dude got skills. i was wonderin if any of you heard of or seen him. i d love to get a link to site where i can find clips. he s super duper good he freaked me out.

I think i know who youre talkin about..Jeckel and thers Heckel...there brothers....I dont know them personally but if we are talking about the same person ive seen him young on the documentary Breakin and Entering. They had some nice glides back then. They were pretty tight. Definetely OG's from LA....I saw some more recent footage on a dvd i have and i wasnt as impressed..but i guess thats what happens when you get older...peace.

I just watched the DVD. Its from SF pro am 2003. The same DVD with Play Boy Eddie. Jeckle was talking about that him and Eddie were working on somethings. He also showcased. Like I said, not as impressive as in his prime, but he paid dues and he's still putting it down. So dont take things the wrong way Comp. He was a white man with a mustache and glasses. Not as tall as I thought he was. He was wearing a white button shirt, black hat, and black slacks. Like I said I watched dance 360 once and never watched it again, so I didnt see the man youre talking about..but if he looks like how i described then its him. Peace.
again i m not sure if its the same guy, maybe a clip of the dvd you have or a pic may help. but its kool maybe you are hard to impress, no hatin, because that maybe a good attribute in being a renowned popper or dancer in general. once agen if any clips please tell or atleast a crew he s in to see their work, i just need it for more diversity in my entorauge and inspiration. mr wiggles and others have inspired me too but i wanna be really diverse. and in 360 no mustache haha. thanks tho.
Hey Comp, The Video I have with him in it is a DVD. I am not sure how to post the clip and convert it to computer format or whatever. Again the DVD is called San Francisco Pro Am 2003, its hosted by Zulu Gremlin. I dont know if its still for sale. If you can get a hold of a documentary called Breakin and Entering, which shows a lot of 80's LA poppers like Shrimp, taco, and other favorites, that would be good too. I havent seen the whole documentary. I have no idea what group he is/was in. I could get a hold of some sources I have and try to find out for you. Ill let you know. Peace

hahah...I have no idea what youre talking about. Sorry. wmv.? im not following. I actually have no idea how to get a video through camera on here, if you can show me how and it if its easy i will do it. I also got to get a hold of a cam.
sorry if i confuse you, um it all really depends if your cam has a direct connection to the comp then when it is uploaded it will use the default video player like windows media player(wmv) or quicktime, etc. but if it s like an old skool cam your pretty much screwed but someone else can tell you how to do that cuz i have no idea. then once you have a vid you can put it in the gallery or in the forums. then once yo done postin the vid of jeckel you can start puttin samples and vids of you and your shizzle. haha. hope it got through you if not then well i dunno it s complicated but easy fo me cuz i have this easy program called .[u][u]ULEAD8
