Hey i was wondering what or how to do that move..where you like swing your arms ( i see people doing it in front of the other guys face....so i guess its a taunt)...darn its hard to explain, i see it so much...its basicly like one palm is facing up and the other is facing down...but i have no idea what it is....

It is a bit hard to sort out what you mean. Did you see this is in a video that you downloaded or a live battle? There are a lotta taunts and there are moves that can be taunts as well! I know tonnes of them!
