wel as far as step-by-step tutorial vids, there really aren't a whole lot of them out there. if you're having trouble downloading the one on this site then all you can realy do is find someone who can send it to you or just search on soulseek for videos of people dancing. there won't be any instruction dubbed in, but you can watch how they hit and just learn from that.
I can try to explain it to you a little bit. it helps if you do it along with the guide. pick an arm and hold it out in front of you. it helps if you use a short sleeve shirt while you are learning so you can see the muscles contract. now the goal here is to flex your muscles as hard as you can and then release the tension as quickly as possible so you get a king of sudden jerk effect. do not jerk your arm! snapping your arm makes your hit looks loppy imo, and if you flex hard enough your arm should twitch enough to give you a good ilusion. think of a body builder who does the big flexes. youre basicaly doing that but instead of holding the muscles tense you are releasing them almost instantly. The muscles you should be using are your bicep, tricep, and forearm muscles. Don't forget to flex and release as fast as possible, but don't sacrifice the strength of a hit for the sake of speed.
Those are the basic guidelines that I use when I am treaching myself. All you more experienced people out thre on the boards, please correct me if theres something I am doing incorrectly.
