I watched the video on how to do stuff and i saw how he popped his chest out and stuff....jus how do u do that....and the armwaves....when u bend ur elbow...do u bend it like alot or jus a little jerk??Thnx...

For chest hits, u need to push your chest out, as well as push your shoulders down, ('least, the way I do it....seems to work.) and flex your pecs, if you want to.

For arm waves, jus practice bending it different amounts, and use whatever feels good to you.

To make a chest pop look good, u have to 1) suck in your stomach as quickly as possible for about a second, and 2) u have to flex your pecs the same time u suck in your stomach. The best way to practice is to start of my looking at yourself in the mirror sideways so that u can see your chest pop. Just begin with sucking in your stomach, and when u have that done, start to flex your chest the same time u suck in your stomach good look kid!

If you do it strictly relying on the size of your pecs, most people won't be able to do it right, unless they're like massive. Personally, I'm not really good at flexin' my pecs on commands, as a lot of people aren't (Some got it easy, some don't.) You can also try leaning forward slightly, while still suckin' in your gut too, as opposed to flexing, or jerking your shoulders down/back.....there's lotsa ways of doin' it that look as good, but aren't as 'correct' as pop&lock's way, so you gotta keep tryin' different approaches in front of a mirror....once you see a chest pop once, try and repeat whatever you just did, and work from there.

Lol u obviously have no idea what u are talking about, the only thing u could think of is to lean forward slightly, this is coming from the same person that said "there's lotsa of ways of doin' it that look as good." Poppin' and lockin' is about flexing your muscles for a second, and releasing the tension and u just showed everyone that view your respond before that u cant pop. Please kid dont embarrass yourself on the net. And nice pic by the way.

Look what I found.....Almost got away from me.

Funny, cuz I called your way the CORRECT way.....

First off, Popping and Locking isn't simply about flexing, then unflexing.....It's about creating the illusion of a "pop", which, if done right, can also be done with a quick movement of the limbs, instead of flexing the muscles, or OTHER ways. All have different effects, and different purposes. Obviously, you go strictly by the book, and find no variations on anything. Not to mention I didn't say "I" did it by leaning forward, but that they should try it.

when you're doing armwaves, as your wrist comes back down, your elbow should bend up so it is facing the sky/ceiling. As your elbow comes back down you pop up your shoulder. You shouldn't need to bend your elbow heaps, just enough to show a wave going throughout your arm.
