keep the hands flat. most people have the tendency to bend the hand a bit when doing tuts. just keep it flat from the wrist joint to the tip of the fingers.

i prefer tuts that kinda lock into position more i think they look a lot cleaner but thats just my opinion

whowaaa... I just watched the clip while listening to Dixie CHicks and it matched up...... anyway, additional advice is that you can also try incorporating more of your body than JUST your arms...

yeah tutting is a good dance style to learn but some people who wont even no what tutting is would be like umm what the hell are you doing lol so it gets awkward after that part and you have to tell em what it is and shit

ahh i like tutting. concept is easy to figure out, but so hard to discipline yourself to make cleaner tuts and be creative w/ it. but yeah i can see some ignorant ppl being all 'wut? thats not popping' etc... + the ppl in my area are all about breakdancing .. and barely know anything about funk styles
