yeah, i actually know exactly what you are talking about. One or both of two things should probably help.....1) focus on timing, make sure you are popping your leg at the same time that you pop your arm or movements will obviously seem jerky, timing will insure that full body pop illusion that is supposed to be created, and 2) watch your hips, when popping the legs the pop can have a tendancy to pull the hips out causing more of a jerk than a pop, so i guess my advice would be to make sure your hips stay in proportion with the rest of your body and isolate the pop to your legs.
